PRE-REGISTRATION

All participants, PC and NPC alike, are encouraged but not required Pre-Register for every Event they intend to attend. Pre-registration opens three weeks before an Event and closes one week before the Event. When Pre-Registration is open, it will be linked in our Event pages. 

The costs for Attendance are enumerated in in our Attendance Webpage.

Early Worm bonuses:

You can request a specific time slot for NPCing by Pre-Registering for an Event. Since these are First-Come-First-Serve, this may benefit those who have preferences for time.  

Three weeks before the Event up to one week before the Event, you may pre-register using this:

We will be playing at Camp Amity Acres. Address - 133 Jones Rd, Barnegat, NJ 08005. Glowsticks and a sign will light the entrance. Please, only arrive after 6:30pm. Do not stop or park on the road leading into the camp before this time!

Pandemic Precautions

Due to the ongoing pandemic, we are taking extra precautions regarding the Event to ensure that we are able to provide the best environment while doing what we can for our Participants’ safety.

-- We will have an upper limit to how many individuals can attend a BTF Event. 

-- Participants (PCs and NPCs) are encouraged but not required to Pre-register for the Event. We also allow Walk-ins!

-- Participants must be Vaccinated and Boosted, with the necessary documentation (or picture thereof)

-- It is also expected that sick Participants avoid attending (we can transfer credit from one Event to another).

Kickstarter Rewards

Individuals who gained Patron-level Attendance and/or Year Pass attendance via the Kickstarter need only secure their place at the first Event by sending an Email to us -- please do this only if you are attending this incoming Event.
